The difference between a young boy growing up and a young girl growing up in my opinion is that boys are encouraged to be a bit rough while girls have role models like Barbie (girly girl who loves pink) so I think boys end up becoming more prone to being influenced by the "violence" in video games because they have been exposed to roughness when they were young "Boys will be boys..." and all that...
